She brings over a decade of transformational leadership experience spanning diverse educational settings, high-class customer service, and personalised coaching for personal and professional evolution.

She has successfully introduced and administered Positive Psychology principles as a Mindfulness Lead in a school setting, positively impacting the lives of many children from early years to 11, from various backgrounds, and some with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Additionally, Khari leads group workshops on self-discovery and creative expression, guiding participants through art, movement, and empowerment circles. These sessions offer a dynamic space for growth and connection, fostering personal empowerment and encouraging authentic expression.

A relentless pursuit of knowledge marks her journey, starting with a BSc in Psychology and certification as a SPARK Resilience Adult Facilitator, currently pursuing a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP), and training in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to enrich her practice further and support clients in meaningful, transformative ways.
